Description
Description
Ideal for anyone who enjoys high-speed skiing with confidence, the award-winning LINE Optic 96 represents the narrowest ski in the Blade Optic collection that harnesses the power of Gas Pedal Metal Overdive™. With a chevron shape of Titanal underfoot that expands into the forebody and rear of the ski, you'll experience immense edge grip on hard snow, with a powerful, smooth ride in cut-up snow and chop.
The Optic series is a new series combining the best traits of the wonderfully unique Blade with their ultra versatile Vision. It sports a 96mm waist and is quite torsionally stiff whilst being a softer flex lengthwise making for an incredibly energetic and lively ride.
Innovative 'Gas Petal Metal' design gives the blade torsional stability whilst letting you bend the ski into tight turns and have it spring you out. Calling it energetic would be a massive understatement.
Who’s it for?
The Optic 96 is best for someone who loves Line's signature playful feel but wants an all mountain ski for both Australian conditions and to travel with. The 96 has both the power needed to ski piste as well as a bit of width for the softer snow conditions found to our North.
Why we love it?
Line pioneered what we know as the All Mountain ski years back with the Prophet 90 and continued the trends with the Supernatural series. They have gone missing from this category for a few years and its good to see a Line ski that we can confidently recommend as an All Mountain ripper.
