Faction

Born in Verbier, Switzerland, Faction is a brand started and run by passionate skiers with a heavy focus and influence on Freeride and Freestyle skiing. Faction build a huge range of skis, from ripping All Mountain options to a number of freestyle/freeride skis and light weight touring skis.

Faction build their skis in Ranges with similar backbones and influences across different widths. For Example, the Prodigy series is their softer, more jibby freestyle collection and runs from an 85mm in Prodigy 0 all the way to 116mm Prodigy 4 with 1, 2, & 3 in between. The Dancer series for All Mountain and Studio series for Stiff Freestyle follow similar patterns.

Faction have one of the most stacked teams in the Industry, with well known Freestyle names that regularly top podiums such as Alex Hall, Eileen Gu Sarah Hoefflin and Giulia Tanno. Coupled with a number of big name Big Mountain/Freeride athletes that are pushing the limits out in the Backcountry: Andrew Pollard, Duncan Adams, Elisabeth Gerritzen, and Sam Anthamatten.
