Australia Post Express Post shipping is available on selected, non-bulky items. This generally excludes skis, poles and large luggage.

Despatch Time:

Orders placed by Midday are despatched same business day.

This excludes skis requiring mounting and items that denote extended shipping time on the 'Stock' field of the product page.

Express Shipping:

Next business day delivery within the Auspost Express Post network for orders placed by midday. 

Free Standard Shipping:

Metro Melbourne: 1-2 Business Days after despatch
Metro Syd 2-3 Business Days  after despatch

Metro Bris/Adelaide: 3-5 Business Days  after despatch
Regional Vic, NSW, SA, Tas: 3-5 Business Days  after despatch
WA, NT, FNQ: 7-14 Business Days after despatch

Please note that these are estimates, and shipping times are likely to be longer from mid-November until the end of the calendar year due to the increasing popularity of Black Friday and Xmas online shopping. Please allow ample extra time for shipping during these periods. The overwhelming majority of orders arrive within the above quoted times, we apologise for any delays but they are simply out of our control due to the state of the courier industry.

We use a mix of Australian carriers, though the bulk of our parcels are shipped with Australia Post and Couriers Please. Occasionally we will use Allied Express, Toll or TNT for remote locations or oversize orders.

We ship Australia-wide.

Business addresses often have better outcomes of fast delivery with bulky parcels compared to residential addresses so please consider this if ordering skis

Yes - however Australia Post has a 105cm limit which generally prevents us shipping skis, poles and bulky luggage to a PO Box.

Yes - the moment your shipment is booked for despatch in our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking details

Yes - simply select the option at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is packed and ready for pickup.

We are restricted by many brands from shipping outside Australia but are happy to help out where we can .

Occasionally our courier partners will have delays, sadly this is hard to avoid and the nature of the industry. These seem to happen more between mid-November and the end of the year so allow more time.

In the case of delayed items we will contact the courier and it helps if you do this too.

In the case of a lost item, we need to wait for the item to be declared formally lost by the courier, at which point we will be able to refund the item(s).
