OMFit (One Minute Fit) is the secret sauce to what makes ZipFit Liners special. Its composed of granulated cork in an oil mixture to give the cork the ability to flow and move around in the liners, especially when lightly heated.
ZipFit liners come varying amounts of cork pre-packed into the 3 pockets on each liner but have the key ability to add or remove cork form each pouch to customise the fit of your ski boots.
Adding cork to a liner is quite easy, simply heat the tube and inject it into the desired port. Once injected, the cork normally forms quite an aggressive bulb, so once injected its best to massage the Cork into the area where you want it with your thumbs.
Its much easier to add Cork than remove it, so add the cork in small amounts and test the boots as you go.
