The Nano Puff Jacket from Patagonia has been a staple of their synthetic insulation range for years. Half because these Jackets last forever, and half because the insulation tech in them was well before its time. PrimaLoft Gold Eco is some of the warmest insulation available, retains its warmth when wet, and is largely built with recycled content.
Shiny recycled Polyester face fabric glides in and out of outer layers with ease and protects from light moisture. Forget down, this is the perfect rainy Melbourne Insulator.
Built largely out of recycled materials, the Nano Puff is uber warm, windproof and water resistant. Aimed to be worn on its own or in conjunction with a hard shell, the Nano Puff is as versatile as they come.
Features
- Lightweight, 100% recycled polyester ripstop shell and lining fabric has a DWR (durable water repellent) finish
- 60-g PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco, with 55% post-consumer recycled content, is water-repellent, highly compressible and maintains 98% of warmth, even when wet
- Brick quilting pattern with horizontal quilt lines on side panels stabilizes insulation and uses a durable thread for abrasion resistance
- Center-front zipper has wicking interior storm flap and zipper garage at chin for next-to-skin comfort
- Two zippered handwarmer pockets have cleanly finished zipper garages; zippered internal chest pocket doubles as a stuff sack with a reinforced carabiner clip-in loop
- Drawcord-adjustable drop-tail hem seals in warmth
- Shell and lining: 1.4-oz 22-denier 100% recycled polyester with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish. Insulation: 60-g PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% polyester (55% postconsumer recycled content). The fabric is certified as bluesign® approved

Warranty
Any defective items that are still within the manufacturer’s warranty period will be returned to the manufacturer or their local agent for warranty assessment.
The manufacturer or their local agent has sole discretion in determining whether an item is defective and qualifies for a replacement.
Be sensible – if you slide rails or hit rocks, your skis aren’t going to get replaced.
-
Luggage: Please note that luggage warranties specifically refer to manufacturing defects, not damage sustained during travel. For example a tear in the fabric isn't covered, but a burst seam or defective zip is.
Airline policies differ, but generally require you to report damage sustained to your luggage either at the airport or within 1-3 days of your flights in order to receive compensation.
