Payment Policy

Your payment will be taken in full upon placing the Order.

The Pre-Order is cancelable & fully refundable at any time for any reason up until the time the products arrive in the shop, from that date the standard 30 day return policy begins.

Ordering Process

Products that are tagged Pre-Order will be available to purchase via the Pre-Order Button.

If a product is tagged Pre-Order and is showing out of stock, it is either sold out already or Pre-Order details are yet to be confirmed - we will not enable Pre-Order on a product until we have a comfortable level of security about arrival time.

When your Pre-Ordered products arrive, we will contact you to confirm shipping details. Your Order won't be shipped without this confirmation to ensure we don't ship to an unattended address. At this time we will also double check any mounting or package information.

If you are Pre-Ordering Skis and wish to build a package, just Pre-Order the skis and we can apply Package discounts later upon arrival of skis and bindings.

If you order products that are both In-Stock and available for Pre-Order in the same order, they will be held and shipped with the Pre-Order. If you want In-stock items to be sent immediately please place them in a separate order.

The estimated delivery dates listed on our website are based on the best information that we have at that moment.

These dates are estimates, and given the potential disruptions to logistics and shipping times from international warehouses to us, there is always the possibility that there will be last minute delays that we cannot control.

The Nordica Santa Ana 82 is the latest in the Santa Ana line up. The new 82mm width opens up Santa Ana performance to the piste lovers out there. It retains the same easy going, yet strong performance characteristics of the wider versions.

We have loved the Santa Ana series over the years because of how confident and strong they are when you lean them over, and the construction lends itself to a more piste oriented model.

The Terrain Specific metal means that the 82 is the strongest of all the Santa Ana series, which makes a ton of sense considering it is meant for the hardest snow conditions. Because of the svelte 82mm profile, it's far from a ski that requires excellent technique nor an expert pilot to drive. We love how easy it is to manoeuvre at lower speeds or if you end up in some slushy bumps.

Who’s it for?

The Santa Ana's are the top dog in womens all mountain skis. The stout construction is perfect for strong skiers to take all over the mountain with confidence. The 82 is the easiest of the lot to manage, strong Intermediates can have an awesome time on the Santa Ana 82.
