We are excited to offer a number of products for the upcoming Winter for Pre-Order, the best way to lock in your new toys and ensure you don't miss out.
Payment Policy
Your payment will be taken in full upon placing the Order.
The Pre-Order is cancelable & fully refundable at any time for any reason up until the time the products arrive in the shop, from that date the standard 30 day return policy begins.
Ordering Process
Products that show as Pre-Order will be available to purchase via the Pre-Order Button.
If a product is tagged Pre-Order and is showing out of stock, it is either sold out already or Pre-Order details are yet to be confirmed - we will not enable Pre-Order on a product until we have a comfortable level of security about arrival time.
When your Pre-Ordered products arrive, we will contact you to confirm shipping or pickup details. Your Order won't be shipped without this confirmation to ensure we don't ship to an unattended address. At this time we will also double check any mounting or package information.
To build a package with your Pre Order skis you can place it all in the cart at the time of purchase, this will automatically give you appropriate discounts and secure stock. If the bindings or skins you are looking for are not yet available, please notify us and we can build the package for you and send through a pre-filled cart.
If you order products that are both In-Stock and available for Pre-Order in the same order, they will be held and shipped with the Pre-Order. If you want In-stock items to be sent immediately please place them in a separate order.

The estimated delivery dates listed on our website are based on the best information that we have at that moment.
These dates are estimates, and given the potential disruptions to logistics and shipping times from international warehouses to us, there is always the possibility that there will be last minute delays that we cannot control.
In cases of delays, we pledge to be up front and transparent to keep you up to date with the latest information about the timing of your order. If any delays don't meet your expectations in regards to timing we can easily swap into another product or cancel the order, no questions asked.

Step into some bling with the Look Pivot 15 2.0. Featuring a 15 din rating, durable aluminium toe construction and unique "Turntable" heel design that offer's expert freeskiers a responsive connection between boot and ski for instant power transmission and precise ski control.
The 2.0 takes all of the greatness of the Pivot 15, and adds a couple extra features. Additional rubber bumpers on the heel piece saves the heel piece from damage if ejecting your skis with your skis. Look have also updated the indent to eject the skis with your pole, now with a metal insert for added durability. Most importantly, Look have re-aligned the arms of the heel piece, improving the range of adjustment and interaction of the binding with Grip Walk soles.
Longer elastic travel ensures more reliable retention to keep you in when you need. Look bindings offer the most elastic travel (lateral and vertical) and the fastest re-centering prior to release, ensuring superior shock absorption to reduce unwanted pre-release.
Look binding components are designed to deliver industry-leading roll coupling strength (boot-to-binding interface). This ensures minimal roll before the boot engages the binding for the most efficient power transmission in skiing.
Featuring 45mm of elastic travel and 180⁰ multi-directional release, the all-metal RACE toe piece offers maximum power, precision, and durability across all disciplines, from the Alpine World Cup to Freestyle, Freeride and Moguls.
The shortened mounting zone provides less swing weight, improved response, and a deeper, rounder, more consistent ski flex.
The Pivot 15 is compatible with both Alpine (ISO5355) and Gripwalk (ISO23223) boot norms without any adjustment.
