Package the K2 Mindbender 106C Skis and Atomic Shift MNC Bindings!

Ski Details

The K2 Mindbender 106 C is a newly designed, mega-capable powder ski. Featuring K2's new Carbon Spectral Braid, the 106 C pivots on a dime and provide floatation for days.

Who’s it for?

Everyone can get on board the 106 C and have a great time. Take these babies on your next overseas holiday and crush everything in your path.

Why we love it?

A lot of companies like to put ladies top sheets on shortened men's skis and call it good. And while that works for some ladies, K2 don't think so. The Mindbender 106 C is a specifically designed powder ski for ladies. With a progressive mount point and appropriate specs for each length of the ski.

Features

  • Dimensions: 139-106-124
  • Lengths: 159cm, 167cm, 175cm
  • Radius: 15m @ 167cm

Bindings Details

Twin to the Salomon Shift, the Atomic Shift is their own revolutionary freeride touring binding. With a full alpine toe for skiing down & pin tour set up for heading up. The Shift truly paves the way into a powerful future for tech bindings.

We have spent a fair bit of time riding the Shift (albeit Salomon's version) and rate it. It provides excellent power transfer and there are definitely moments that you forget you are riding a touring binding at all. It skis well and tours excellently.

Of course, if multi-day mega hikes are your thing there are definitely lighter options out there. It is lightweight for a freeride setup, 850 odd grams is a fair bit for a true touring setup. Definitely falls within the crossover alpine touring segment of the market.

Features:

  • Multi-Norm Certified (MNC)
  • Walk To Ride Compatible (WTR)
  • Hike and Ride Switch
  • Crampon Compatible (Sold separately)
  • Easy Step-in
  • Low Profile Chassis
  • Oversized Platform
  • Freeski Brakes
  • Toe Height Adjustment

Returns

Too big, too small, not stoked on the colour? No worries!

If you are not happy with your product purchased from aussieskier.com you can return, subject to the below conditions, within 60 days of purchasing your item. First step is to lodge an RMA request on our Return Portal

Items marked as Clearance are not eligible for a return. (Under Australian Consumer Law, defective items are not affected by this policy and will be treated as per the below Warranty section). Due to health and safety reasons for COVID-19 we are estimating a 2 week delay between receiving a returned package and processing the return / refund / exchange to allow for a new protocol to quarantine incoming packages.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be in unused/unworn and in re-saleable condition
  • Packaging must be original & undamaged with all stickers/tags etc still attached.

Electronic devices:

  • Device must not have been turned on and/or the battery inserted.
  • Device must be returned in factory sealed packaging.
  • Avalanche Beacons are not eligible for returns.

Skis:

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns/exchanges on skis that have been mounted.

Ski Boots:

  • Specifically for ski boots we ask you to not mark the soles while trying them on at home, only walk on carpet, boots used on concrete/hard surfaces will be refused a return.
  • Any attempt at heat moulding/boot modification will void the eligibility for return.

Warranty

  • Any defective items that are still within the manufacturer’s warranty period will be returned to the manufacturer or their local agent for warranty assessment.

  • The manufacturer or their local agent has sole discretion in determining whether an item is defective and qualifies for a replacement.

  • Be sensible – if you slide rails or hit rocks, your skis aren’t going to get replaced.

  • Luggage: Please note that luggage warranties specifically refer to manufacturing defects, not damage sustained during travel. For example a tear in the fabric isn't covered, but a burst seam or defective zip is.

Airline policies differ, but generally require you to report damage sustained to your luggage either at the airport or within 1-3 days of your flights in order to receive compensation.
