Nordica has revamped their NRGY range and created the new Navigator series.
The Navigator 80 is an piste-focused ski with a mid-section and tail taken from their Dobermann series and a tip profile inspired by the Enforcer, this is reinforced by the Titanium Hex Bridge construction over a Poplar and Beech wood core.
Even though the 80mm waist is geared towards strong edge hold on groomed runs and speedy carves, the rockered tip profile will provide a smoother ride and catch-free turn initiation in the slushy Australian afternoons.
We tested this ski in Austria in March 2017 and found it to be a great option for an Intermediate skier who is refining their technique and learning to improve their carving & edging skills, but wants a ski that will let them start skiing beyond the groomers. The 15.5m radius is suited to tighter turns and medium speeds.
The Navigator 80 includes an integrated Marker Free 11 FDT Binding.
Dimensions: 117-79-102 (172)
